2-3 Slice of ginger (Fresh)
2-3 Slice of Turmeric (Fresh) or Tea spoon of Dry Turmeric (Organic)
5- 6 leaves of fresh Mints
1/2 slice of lime or Lemon juice

Bring your water to Boil and put all the ingredient in 12 oz mug or cup and add your hot water and let it set for 5 mints. Add the juice of your lemon and enjoy your tea, you can add more hot water on the ingredients for the second  cup if you desire. This Tea also can be served over the ice as a cold drink. Anti Inflammatory tea is great for calming your mind and your Body.
