All roots vegetable and fresh Ginger 
1/2 cup of carrots chopped
1/2 cup of beets chopped
1/2 cup of onions chopped
1/2 cup of  celery chopped 

1/2 cup of potato chopped 

1/2 cup of cabbage slices thin

1/2 cup of green apple slices 

1/2 cup of mushroom slices

1/3 cup of ginger slices thin

Use  4 cups of vegetables broth or chicken broth
